Your information

ecomclub.si is run by FX MEDIA AS (org. no. 930 724 548), Norway, which is responsible for the personal data described here. When you buy a membership or a workshop ticket, our payment provider (Stripe; some membership plans may be billed through Whop) handles your payment and sends us your name, email address, country and what you bought. We never see or store your card details.

How we use it

We use your email to create your community account, send your one-time login codes and deliver what you bought. If you bought a workshop ticket, we also email you reminders, the replay and a follow-up. Inside the community we store your profile, the posts and messages you write, and which lessons you watch, so the course can remember where you are. If you book a call, we use your details to prepare for it. We do this to deliver what you bought (contract) and, for the workshop follow-up, because it is part of the offer you signed up for.

Where it goes

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site securely. Accounts, purchases and community content are stored with Cloudflare (D1 database and R2 storage) and are not publicly accessible. Login emails and workshop emails are sent through Cloudflare Email Sending. Payments go through our payment provider. Fonts are served by the site itself. Videos are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and only load when you play them or open a lesson. We do not sell your information.

Cookies and analytics

When you log in, we set one necessary cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 7 days. It is removed when you log out.

Google Analytics. Only if you click “Accept” do we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to see how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed. Google then sets the cookies _ga and _ga_*, which last up to 2 years. Google may process this data outside the EU/EEA. If you click “Decline”, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is stored only in your own browser.

You can change your mind at any time. If you withdraw consent, we stop Google Analytics and delete its cookies.

You have the right to get a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and take it with you. Email privacy@ecomclub.si. We keep purchase records as long as accounting law requires, even after your account is deleted.

If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.no) or the data protection authority where you live.
